The group People & Culture IT Solutions supports Scania with Human Resources (HR) IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania’s business is changing over time, and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing new technology. We are replacing local solutions with a global way of working and a more consistent application landscape.
Globalization, digitalization and mobility are examples of trends that are affecting our business environment. We are moving towards SAP SuccessFactors, SaaS and AWS in our IT landscape.
We are now looking for a new colleagues in MySuccess Project team who wants to help us on our global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors in the P&C organization and take the responsibility of the integration team and their deliverables and broaden her/his knowledge within the business area of People & Culture (P&C).
What will you do:
• Lead the integration teams in SAP SuccessFactors implementation & maintenance.
• Set an overall direction and help the integration teams to prioritize their activities.
• Support and help the integration teams when necessary, removing roadblocks etc.
• Speak for the integration stream in the MySuccess project and communicate what is happening within integration to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other streams in MySuccess, such as, Test and Data Migration, etc.
• Responsible for the integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and HR Hub (Scania built integration platform).
• Planning all integration related activities during the MySuccess project for central integrations.
• Coordinate planned central integration activities with involved parties.
• Plan and coordinate integration support activities connected to Scania business units building integrations to their local HR environment.
• Coordinate and Communicate changes and information to local units.
• Work together with HR Hub Product Owner to prioritize and align deliveries from central integration team.
• Ownership of keeping the Data Model in sync with the SuccessFactors.
Required skills/experience:
• Experience leading technical projects.
• Previous experience with designing and building integrations.
• Good knowledge in:
• SFTP and API.
• SQL.
• Information modelling.
• Functional & Technical integration design.
• Knowledge in JSON, XML, CSV, etc.
• Previous experience working in a global context.
• Fluent in English.
Good to have skills/experience:
• SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
• Scania Knowledge.
Required personality traits:
• Team player.
• Structured and well organized.
• Self-going.
• Communicative; is able to communicate issues, needs, and concerns in clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
