We are looking for you who have some years of experience in Logistics and IT. In order to thrive in the role as a Coordination Lead. It is important that you have a great interest in the logistics area. You identify different integration needs and understand the functional requirements of the business. And you even participate workshops and conduct pre-studies including coordination of integrations between legacy systems and modern ERP backbone.

Competences

• Secure and coordinate integration resources within project. From plan phase to production Go-Live   
• Manage time plan & progress for integrations
• Manage coordination with integration resources from SAP and integration teams, as well as non-SAP systems
• Manage integration risks & escalations
• Manage communication with different suppliers and internal IT groups
• Manage integration status reporting to the project

 

Focus on meeting customer requirements and expectations. Perform analysis and document integration requirements from the business. Map requirements connecting user stories to processes/production landscape, to help the solution/software architect to design solutions.

Speaks clearly and unobtrusively. Formulates opinions, information, and arguments so that everyone understands. Have the self-confidence and knowledge required to give presentations both internally and involving external parts.

Shows interest and understanding for other people. Fits in the group and creates team spirit. Pay attention to and reward people's efforts; Listen to others, consult them and create dialogue.

Establishes well-defined, measurable goals and sets time frames. Plans activities and projects well in advance and with good margins for unforeseen events. Utilizes time effectively; Identifies and organizes the resources required for various tasks. Checks that all activities stay within the time frame.

 Experience

• You have some years’ experience within the profession.
• You´re truly inspired to work with improvements and business development.
• You have experience in Supply Chain Management, integrations and SAP functions.
• You have a knowledge/experience to analyse integration requirements.
• You have good change management leadership skills.
• You are structured and have good planning skills.
• Coordinate responsible parties with good communication skills.
• Previous experience of project integration or equivalent project management experience.

 Language

• Linguistic knowledge in English, fluently
• Linguistic knowledge in Swedish, fluently
