Service Operation is a function responsible for making life less complicated for our consumers when they need support, maintenance, or repair of their car.
We provide efficient, desired and sustainable solutions and concepts for our service providers worldwide. Our products are designed to enable an effortless experience for both our consumers as well as our service providers. This responsibility goes all the way from creation of new solutions and products to secure implementation in the markets.

We are searching for you who can drive the integration as a leader between Service Operations strategic important areas – epics. This in close collaboration with responsible development teams and other stakeholder’s, through the different states towards aftermarket.
What you’ll do
You need to have passion to contribute to a great experience of effortless car usage and service experience. To fulfill this, you will take lead for strategic important areas for aftermarket e.g., within the field of circular initiatives as repair, refurbish and remanufacture processes. You will form the epics and analyze its total cost and potential value in a business case.
Also, you will evaluate the progress and present your recommendations in different decision meetings.
Your recommendations are based on whether it’s valuable to pursue the epic further in context of overall company.
In this role you will support, define, and prioritize technical capabilities within circularity in order to add value to the aftermarket business.
Your responsibility will be to co-operate between internal stakeholder in order to understand the circularity progress. The agile ART’s ceremonies such as backlog refinement, PI planning are your way of working.
You and your skills
• Degree from university within requested areas or equivalent and experience from working in a global environment.
• Documented experience of Integration Lead and an Agile servant leadership mindset.
• Proven experience from the circular initiatives as repair, refurbish and remanufacture area and experience from developing business models.
• Experience from the aftermarket, automotive retail- and customer service are meritorious.
• The common language for the company is English, why fluent English both written and spoken is required.

You enjoy the complexity of developing large solutions involving multiple parts of the organization and you have a passion for how the problems can be solved in new and creative ways.
You have the ability to communicate across the company and builds trust with stakeholders in Commercial Operations but also in the Digital and R&D departments and you’re not afraid of being on stage.
You have high engagement, curios of new challenges and drive your area of responsible forward. You lead yourself and those around you forward in a positive and long-term sustainable way.
