Toyota Material Handling Europe (TMHE), provider of a wide range of logistics solutions, warehouse equipment and counterbalances forklift trucks, is currently in the midst of a major business transformation enabled by SAP technology. As the global number one in material handling, Toyota Industries Corporation is making a large investment into its European branch TMHE, preparing for the increasing demand of their products as well as future growth in uprising business areas such as automation, connectivity and productivity services.
TMHE is now entering the implementation phase involving detailed design, process development, integration development and implementation of the actual system SAP 4 Hana. Together with our implementation partner Deloiette we will drive harmonization of our core business processes amongst the majority of our entities in Europe. Together, we will make important changes that will stand for many years to come and help TMHE become both more efficient and able to serve our customers better and faster!

Your role
 The main responsibility is to safeguard the direction, integrity and consistency of the IGNITE solution consisting of new best practice business processes and a new state of the art SAP ERP system for TMHE. Furthermore, the task also encompasses taking design decisions, driving design decisions as well as uniting TMHE around the best practice.

Your challenge
Your main challenges will be to:
·               Facilitate and drive design choices using capability segmentation and following the solution governance & principles established.
·               Identify and track status of integration points. Facilitate functional coordination across harmonization teams and the tech teams.
·               Collect design choices requiring decision at program level and manage the process council and process board agenda and follow-up with minutes/actions.
·               Ensure cross-team actions get assigned/resolved.
·               Ensure quality and timing of decision material   with the purpose to increase decision making pace and decision quality.
·               Manage the TMHE capabilities and maintain a change/version control.
 
During the project you will be reporting to the TMHE program manager. Business travel will on average take place every other week within Europe. Physical travel can and will be replaced with online alternatives when possible.
 
For this role you need to:
·               Have a strong leadership and drive.
·               Act as a business advisor and have a holistic view and ability to see the overall solution/goals .
·               Be familiar with process management and process design work.
·               Have a proven cooperative approach and are a team player able to work program-wide to get things done.
·               Be experienced and able to work at executive level.
·               Be a strong communicator in English.
·               Be able to balance between the details and the relevant or driving aspects.
·               Be able to act and deliver under time pressure.
·               Experience with Sales, Services and Solution oriented business is beneficial.
