Your role as Integration Owner
Brite is growing and so is our need of additional members to our Merchant solutions team. At Brite, you will work closely with the Product- and Development teams and together help the customers create the best solution possible.

Responsibilities
Own the Integration experience with Brite and the APIs that powers the scaling with their customers, partners- and product growth.
Being the link between Sales, Product, Tech and the customer during the onboarding process.
Overarching the area Merchant Integrations and ensure scalability.
A passion for user experience, as evidenced by a strong merchant focus, as well as an ability to render complexity down to its essence.
Prepare, deliver and present solution proposals to merchants based on their needs without loosing track of the long term vision.
Create and update integration documentation and implement processes internally.
Having a tight dialogue with merchants and partners during their integration and onboarding phase and to ensure they onboard successfully.
Work independently and take responsibility of the area.

Required skills
At least 3+ years of experience of a technical integrations-, integrations owner-, architect- or similar role within Payments/Fintech
Deep understanding of APIs, usability and scalability
Previous experience with API’s, distributed systems, databases, and/or developer tools
A Computer Science degree or equivalent A track record of being part and setup integration engineering processes
Enthusiastic and passionate for making customers succeed
Ability to operate and execute in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a team player!
