We are looking for a positive team player who is passionate about creating value in an omnichannel environment and who likes to take the lead from a technology perspective. We believe you have extensive experience from managing and implementing cloud based integration platforms in similar roles, ideally with an Microsoft Azure technology as a base and in a global context. You are comfortable in leading/participating in solution architecture discussions and design related to modern integration principles and methods.

We believe that you are a someone who can work in uncertainty and know how to lead stakeholders and yourself in the unknown. You enjoy working in a high paced environment and you have a proven ability to bring structure to a complex environment, you feel comfortable to make decisions and you inspire others to follow your lead while applying good practices.

Retail Operation Solutions & Support is an integral part of Core Business Franchise and consists of a team of people with passion for retail and competence in business and technology. We provide IKEA retailers with a set of digital products and services that are integrated to IKEA value chain and supporting the omnichannel IKEA Concept. We call this the Retail Package and it covers key capabilities for retail operations.

About the role

To further improve the technical foundation of our Retail Package we are about to implement a new Integration Platform that will cater for all the integration needs between the Retail Package components but also external solutions. Do you want to be part of building up the new platform, the team around it and take the lead of implementing and further develop our integration strategy? Then this the right challenge for you!

You will work within agile product centric development processes of the Retail Package, lead, support and secure a competent and high performing platform team, through internal or external sourcing.

You will work with relevant stakeholders including other product and platform teams to understand and qualify their needs and requirements, ensuring they are included and integrated into the platform as needed.

We expect you to also act as the integration subject matter expert for the team, providing insight, context and additional information as needed to help understanding of what is required to deliver on the goals and objectives. You are also expected to drive consistency in practice, process, toolset and architecture within the platform area and own the established KPIs/OKRs and work with feedback from the consumers of the platform.

This is a full time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Manager Projects & Business Solutions.
