IT-Services
At Boliden IT-Services you will have an exciting role in delivering and developing services that support Boliden's business. IT-Services is the central IT organization within Boliden and the mission is to deliver modern and cost-efficient IT-Services that enable operational excellence and the ongoing digital transformation within the Boliden group. About the role
As an Integration Service Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the central Integration Service. You will be responsible for managing and developing the Integration service to meet current and future needs. For both existing and future business needs in the digitalization, Boliden is in an exciting phase to change the central traditional integration system to an eiPaaS service and Managed Service from the supplier. Your role will be to manage and steer suppliers and the service as well as be in contact with the Business and Application responsibles to cater for demands.
The assignment is versatile with a high degree of independence and includes collaboration with internal customers, both internal IT and from Boliden Business Units as well as our suppliers. As an Integration Service Manager you participate in projects, governance of the service and day-to-day maintenance where you contribute with your experience and skills as well as have budget responsibility for the Service.
This position is a permanent and full-time employment and you will be located in Boliden. Since Boliden is a group with operations in different countries, travel to various sites might be required.

Education and requirements
You have a University degree with focus on IT or experience acquired in other ways relevant for the assignment. With your experience from integration work or development and different kind of projects you are able to understand and discuss business demands, integration architecture and development with our suppliers and internal customers. Boliden’s production and business systems are running on many different platforms why a wide experience and background of both governance and projects are meritorious.

Ability to handle culture differences between countries and business units



To be able to operate within Boliden requires a good communicative ability, result orientation, flexibility and to drive activities independently. The role Integration Service Manager require you to have integrity, to be analytical and structured as well as to have the ability to build trust with clients and suppliers.
Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing is required, as well as driving license category B.
