Based on the situation in Ukraine we are working on preparations for an increased number of refugees. Do you want to contribute to our reception?

About us:
We have a small unit that is run in close collaboration with the municipality's social administration and work coaching. Based on the fact that the number of emplyees is dimensioned according to this year's planned reception of refugees, we are looking for you who can and want to contribute to increasing our capacity.

The Swedish Migration Agency may distribute significantly more asylum seekers than planned to the municipality. The distribution may take place before, during or after the summer. This as the government has announced that the law will be changed by the summer. The details, such as what requirements will be placed on the municipality or which compensation the municipality will recieve has not been announced yet.

 

Work assignments:
The work as an integration assistant spans a wide area with an emphasis on practical tasks. Purchasing, assembly of furniture, guidance, government contacts, translation, language support, record keeping and development work are examples of tasks that can be included in a days work. The role involves collaboration with, for example, schools, associations, the social services, the Swedish Migration Board and other organizations and authorities. Therefore communicative skills is important.

 

Qualifications:


Language skills - primarily Ukrainian, secondarily Russian. In addition, you are able to speak and write fluent Swedish or English.


• Driving license

experience of previous work or knowledge of Swedish refugee reception and municipal responsibilities is an advantage, but not a requirement.

The employment is a fixed-term employment full-time or part-time, starting possibly early June (depending on government decision). We may also be interested in you who are looking for an hourly job - and want to work extra during the spring as well as the summer. We apply individual salary setting.
