Read more at www.bioinvent.com BioInvent need to expand the organization with a person within the Intellectual Property area Professional and Personal Profile .A PhD in biochemistry/biotechnology/ Molecular biology. .Knowledgeable and skilled in performing database searches. .Knowledge and interest in IP (mainly patents) and legal matters e.g. licence agreements. .Interest to learn more about IP administration and prosecution .Experience from work with private companies, preferably R&D companies .Good in writing and speaking English. Key Assignments .Make database searches in relation to protein targets to be or being in-licensed to find state of the art patents and patent applications. .Make such database searches in relation to our proprietary projects. .Evaluate and communicate the results with IP and business intelligence. .Being involved in freedom-to-operate analyses .Being involved in the in-licensing process and follow-up IP within said process. .Being the link between IP and business intelligence. .Being involved in IP administration and prosecution.
