Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Strategy & Planning within D&E is responsible for leading the development of strategic plans and objectives, ensuring product portfolio priorities are translated into correctly scoped and resourced D&E projects.Within Strategy & Planning organisation, Development Intelligence has the primary scope of providing inputs to development strategy, translate benchmarks into specific engineering requirements and lead project intelligence reports for platforms and technologies.Development Intelligence is looking for an Intelligence Activity Specialist who will work in Lund, supporting Carton Bottle platform activities.In this position you will be specifically responsible to: .Participate in the creation of defined cross competence area technology trends .Lead product / project level competitive attribute measurement and benchmark selection .Lead the collection and analysis of data required for intelligence projects .Lead defined intelligence projects and reporting .Lead assessment and follow up of defined project continued competitiveness .Participate in the identification of intelligence needs within defined area/ organisation .Participate in the related network within defined competence area and organization .Participate in other platform development project intelligence .Participate in Business Intelligence projects .Participate in development of cost analysis and targets Education and Languages: You have a University degree in technical areas, preferably in Engineering or MBA.You are fluent both in written and verbal English. Professional Skills and Experience: The successful candidate should possess a good technical understanding and have a broad interest in Intelligence work.Professional experience working within the area of plastic packaging, and specifically plastic bottles is desired.Furthermore, experience in Intelligence, or Product /Technology Development within the Tetra Pak group or in other companies is a merit.
