Logistic and Warehouse Manager Deli Atria Scandinavia omsatte 2009 4,2 Mrd SEK och var 1600 anställda i Sverige och bestod av 5 affärsenheter The work objective of the job of Logistic and Warehouse Manager Deli is to operate and develop Deli logistic organisation and activities, reach efficiency and coordinate activities and information between Deli logistic and the other logistic organisation within Supply AB. Develop Deli supply chain process in operative level in order to satisfy company and customer targets. Logistic and Warehouse Manager works as overall responsibility and main process coordinator at Deli Logistic and Warehouse. Logistic and Warehouse Manager reports to Logistic Manager Atria Supply AB and is a part of logistic organisation Supply AB Key figures Economic To lead organisation, warehouse activities and transport according the financial goals. Decide and responsible for to improve actions/activities for to reach promised goals and challenge for results achievement Organisational To lead customer packed logistic organisation (Deli Warehouses, Falköping and Göteborg) Interface between marketing&sale and Supply for to create synergies and activity coordination Working very close with Deli marketing and sale organisations even daily collaboration with other functions within Atria Deli, Food Service and Supply Daily contact with production in Skene Responsible for long term strategies for Deli logistic structure. Financial Deliver results according AS-budget and goals. Goal oriented. Demand and Deliver efficiency. Preparing and submitting daily reports and weekly/monthly analyses about Deli Warehouses Follow and analyze profitability (more value) for business and business unit Deli Skills Ability to see the big picture and prioritize Good Supply Chain process understanding. Able to see when changes are necessary. Skills to set realistic objectives ? yet to be demanding and target oriented at the same time Good skills of leadership, conflict steering. Flexibility to work under multiple projects and with different people and sometimes in stressful situation Good ability to develop customer packed organisation so well key manager to help for development all logistic organisation at Atria S. Knowledge of the daily food, customer structure and food marketing challenges Knowledge of daily food transportation as customer packed or bulk Knowledge of all flow within food supply chain from suppliers to the customer. Knowledge of warehouse activities and transport structure in Sweden and Europe To understand finance figures and numbers At least 3-5 years work experience in similar or related function as manager ? Good knowledge of using ERP and good knowledge of using Microsoft Office Experience in leadership and participating in team work. Language skills: Swedish mandatory, English advantage Service-focused attitude and se opportunities instead of restrictions. Personal characteristics required for working in the given job: Result oriented team-worker who can make decisions and also explain the reasons behind his/her decision.
