MSAB is a world leader in mobile forensics technology with the aim of extracting and analysing data from confiscated mobile devices, mainly from mobile phones. The Company has its own sales offices and sales representatives in Europe, North America, South America, Singapore, China, Australia and Russia, covering most of the world together with a number of distributors. The proprietary products have become a de factor standard in the field and are used for securing evidence in more than 100 countries.
The Head office is situated at Hornstull, Stockholm.


Arbetsbeskrivning

The Interaction Designer will be responsible for the user experience of MSAB’s software during use from installation to finding evidence and delivering a final report. The person will communicate directly with developers and users and report to Head of Design.

Responsibilities
• Plan, implement and analyze user studies.
• Manage feedback from users and peers.
• Break feedback down and formulate User Stories.
• Together with the Head of Design formulate and prioritize new functionality.
• Prioritize where to innovate and where to re-use together with stakeholders.
• Prepare material for group discussions with stakeholders.
• Sketching flows and wireframes on whiteboard according to group discussions.
• Detailing flows and wireframes according to group discussions.
• Presenting the detailed flows and wireframes to stakeholders.
• Plan, implement and analyze user tests.
• Follow up design and implementation of approved flows and wireframes.
• Facilitate the communication within the team.

Requirements
• Good at recognizing patterns.
• Quick understanding of technical conditions.
• Awareness of the correlation between design choices and time of implementation.
• Dedicated, team oriented and proactive with a “can do attitude” and positive approach.
• Academic degree with at least two years of relevant Interaction Design experience.
• Cooperative and enjoy working both independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
