We are looking for an Interaction Designer who is passionate about making it easier for our 2 million customers to share their experiences, opinions and feelings with others.

Our department is responsible for the digital experience and you will be working closely with the development teams from the UX and growth in the Tre online team. As a team we aim to be leading the behavioral design for Tre.se.

About the job

You will partner closely with engineering, business intelligence, editorial, and our business stakeholders to create elegant solutions to business needs, as part of our in-house UX team.

Your role will involve quickly understanding the requirements of the business and it’s objectives. You will be translating research findings into solutions that deliver value to the business. In the position, you will also be creating user journeys, logic flows, wireframes, functional specifications, and Axure prototypes. The position involves planning, preparing and carrying out user testing.

Further more the position also includes;

• Present various aspects of the user experience to our engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Reviewing existing solutions, identifying issues and coming up with solutions to improve them.
• Contribute to and help develop our design pattern library.
• Track and monitor progress on development and quality of the user experience.
• Be a messenger of a user-centered way of working throughout the organisation.

To be successful

To be successful as a Interaction Designer we see that you have 2+ years of working as an Interaction Designer, UX Architect, UX Designer, Product Designer or similar. With this background you have experience designing for responsive web, with native mobile being a plus, and you are experience working in an e-commerce context.

You are used to working independently as well as in projects with others. Of course, we also see that you have strong presentation and communication skills. With this background, you have no problems in explaining your designs when they come scrutiny and you are also able to empathize and take feedback on-board. Furthermore you are sociable, responsive and have a strong drive and passion to make things happen.

You also have;

• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in web technology concepts, with an ability to collaborate with technical leads to develop solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
