We are a new function made up of sustainable changemakers who pioneer customer-centric ways of working inside the H&M Group. We enable our brands to move faster and stay relentlessly customer-focused by running frontrunning initiatives in many different areas of our business. The function is new and consists of cross-functional design teams, and many virtual team members across our amazing collaborative network. We love to have fun, we work in the open and are always in draft. We are using a design-led approach to make strategies tangible and to bring innovation to life from discovery all the way out through delivery. Your responsibilities
Create awesome user interfaces.
Work with people from diverse design backgrounds (like design researcher, communication designer, business designer) and subject matter experts from all over our big company; together you’ll prototype and quickly bring ideas to life. You’ll be involved with many parts of the design process as we move from Discovery phase to live products and services.
Use input from research to design and refine solutions to help the user solve their problem.
Help set up and mature our Interaction Design practice.
Qualifications
Your Experience & Mindset
At least 3-5 years of work experience in designing digital product, service, and experience from ideation to implementation.
You’re a collaborator and a relation-builder, good at communicating/engaging others.
You have a pulse on emerging trends and technology, you are passionate about looking out into the world for inspiration and insights on branding, fashion, and sustainability.
You understand human-centred design philosophy, are comfortable driving change and want to push design methodology as a tool for collaborative innovation.
You’re always willing to learn new things and equipped with a can-do attitude.
Strong interpersonal skills and thriving in a cross-functional setting.
You are a systems thinker; can make sense of complex information, user interaction flows and system architecture.
Ability to communicate concepts through wireframes, flows, and mockups
Fluent in visual design tools and prototyping (for example, animations, clickthroughs, interactive prototypes).
You can clearly articulate the process, approach, and impact of your design in verbal and visual presentation. You are comfortable with communicating in English.
Confident supporting the work of less experienced colleagues.

This is a full-time permanent position with start date as soon as possible, located at the H&M Group Head Office in Stockholm. You will preferably be based in Stockholm, but it can be possible to work half time remotely from another country.
