Interaction designer

Job description
Randstad Technologies is looking for an Interaction Designer within the automotive industry.

This is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by Randstad Technologies.

Responsibilities
The client is working on a new generation of buses that have a platform for digital products and services, and the team has a primary focus on delivering the assets needed to implement the software. They work with the complete system that the bus driver interacts with, instrument cluster and infotainment display.

You will work in an agile project and plan your tasks yourself but with support from UX designers that have been working in the project before.

• Secure deliveries to the development team
• Support the project with innovative ways of working 
• Develop a long-term roadmap which the project and company can sign off on
• Apply inclusive design principles to guide all design decisions

Working hours
Full-time. (WFH during the pandemic is implemented – Certain days it will be required to be present at the local office)

Qualifications
• Education within the occupational category as a minimum requirement.
• Experience working in scrum (agile development).
• Solid understanding and skills in developing the visual side of the UI.
• Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
• Experience with inclusive design is a merit
• Working in large teams / organisation, planning own tasks and aligning with other team and project members is a merit
