Interaction Designer

Job description
We are looking for new colleagues to join our team in an automotive assignment.


As an Interaction Designer you will be responsible for designing and developing various physical and digital products and systems within automotive design. The role requires a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methodologies, and knowledge of current design trends in the automotive industry. As an Interaction Designer, you will play a key role in creating products that are not only visually appealing but also prioritize the user and usability at every step of the design process.

Responsibilities
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions;
Create user journeys and personas to identify user needs and design opportunities;
Create 2D and 3D sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for product features;
Apply UX principles to design user-centered products that meet the needs and wants of our target audience;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with business goals and customer needs;
Present design solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to make necessary revisions;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in design software and technologies;
Ensure product designs are user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing and meet accessibility standards.




Qualifications
Hands-on experience in automotive design;
Strong user researcher with good sketch ability;
Skills using industry-leading tools such as: Blender, Unity3D, Figma, Adobe suite, MS Office;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box;
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
Good English skills, spoken and written;
Bachelor's or master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or a related field.
