Job description Understanding the use of mobile and fixed multimedia services, how they should be implemented and how they will evolve in the future is of core value to Ericsson.The Usability & Interaction Lab at Ericsson Research focuses on the end-user experience of future mobile and fixed multimedia services, and what requirements this usage will place on our products.As a member of the Ericsson Usability & Interaction Lab, you will work in a multidisciplinary team focused on end-user aspects of mobile and fixed multimedia services.Your responsibilities will center on the design of concepts and interaction elements for future multimedia services.The work includes creation, design, visualization and evaluation of service scenarios, as well as investigation of future novel interaction-models. The work is done in close cooperation with other Ericsson units, customers and external partners.
