Interface Manager

Northvolt is now looking for an Interface Manager. The Interface Manager is responsible for mapping and controlling interfaces across the Northvolt Ett project, including internal and external contracts. In addition, responsibility for mapping risk and ensuring each risk is managed by an owner in Northvolt
Key responsibilities include but is not limited to:
Responsible for setting up governance of interfaces:
Responsible for mapping all interfaces across full Northvolt Ett project scope, identifying gaps and potential overlaps
Responsible to make sure all interfaces are covered (e.g.P&ID sin place, RASIC sin contracts,...) o
Responsible to ensure interfaces are managed in accordance with contracts
Responsible to put potential mitigating actions in place
Responsible for managing and tracking risks across the Northvolt Ett project
Responsible to map risk and keep updated risk register
Responsible to ensure each risk has corresponding owner and risk management plan

Requirements:
M.Sc. in Engineering or similar
Extensive experience as project manager or director in high pressure environment
Extensive experience in senior management communication
Must have worked in multi-cultural environment
Fluency in English
Valuable (but not required) if fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
Specific skills:
Track record as project manager driving complex projects in brownfield or greenfield expansion, either in planning and designing phase, and/or execution phase
Strong skills as communicator, both internally as well as externally
Strong problem solving skills
