We are looking for an Interim Region director for the Nordic markets!
As a Nordic director you are responsible for leading the commercial operation of the nordic markets - Sweden, Finland and Denmark! This role is a key role in the company since you are responsible for the P&L and delivering on the budget. Your team consists of 25 people in three different departments - merchandising, marketing and sourcing. You have three direct reports and you report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
This is a one year temporary position.
What you’ll do
- You will make sure that strategic decisions are being followed by leading the nordic management that consist of four people including you (total org. 25 people)
- You will work close to the business to be able to lead your team, sales performance will always be your biggest focus
- You will solve problems on a daily basis, everything from small to more complex problems - you always need to see the bigger picture and have your analytical hat on.
- You are responsible for developing processes and ways of working within your team
- You are the bridge between the global and nordic organization
- You are responsible for developing, inspiring and motivating
Our humble expectations - we see that you have experience in the following areas
- +5 years experience with relevant working experience
- +2 years experience in leading leaders.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent education
- P&L responsibility before
- Great knowledge of e-commerce KPIs
- Commercial mindset, you need to be passionate about sales and performance
- We believe your a humble and inspirational leader
