Interim Senior Project Manager to a Global Company in Lund!

The Digital transformation team is part of the Corporate Marketing department with the mission to drive digital transformation and enable digital marketing both in corporate and regional marketing. You will be part of a tight team of digital marketers, project managers and technology owners.

As Project manager you will play an active role in driving change towards smart and efficient digital transformation by optimizing our cross-functional processes. You are responsible for guiding projects from start to finish; from planning and execution to closure and hand-over, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization.

Help define project scope, goals, and deliverablesFacilitate communication between stakeholdersDefine tasks and required resourcesManage project team and budget (if applicable)Allocate project resources from other departmentsCreate schedule and project timelineMonitor and report on project progressPresent stakeholders’ reports on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess result of projects

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position has a proven track record of project management and experience from working in a global company with many stakeholders. Change management implementation with regards to ways of working should be one of your main work experiences. You should have considerable work experience min 5 years.You are a great team player with experience in driving major projects in a dynamic and growing organization. You are a good communicator with strong people and networking skills who knows how to analyze and improve core business processes.

Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent Theoretical and practical project management knowledgeKnowledge of techniques and toolsDocumented project manager experienceExperience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change managementExperience from global companies or agency regarding critical thinking and problem solvingExcellent decision-making and leadership capabilitiesConflict resolution experienceTime management skillsAble to tolerate stressAs a person, you are self-driven and a responsive team playerBeing organized and structured comes natural to youExcellent in English, both written and spoken
