Health & Safety manager

HR country, Nordic and Baltic is looking for you with passion for Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

As Health and safety manager in our HR N&B org, you will work cross all organizations, our sites and countries. You will report to and work closely with our current H&S manager to identify and address country specific needs and challenges.

The Nordic & Baltic HR team consists of 5 different areas; HR managers (business partners), Health & Safety, Compensation & Benefits, Employer branding & Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Support the organizations implementation of Health, Safety & wellbeing strategies, trainings, methods, tools and guidelines within area of responsibility.

Who You Are

You have a passion for Health, safety and occupational wellbeing and you have strong skills in communication, digital communication and Office 365, collaboration, leadership and systematic work environment management.

Excellent skills in data analysis and digital work.

Good knowledge in Working environment legislation Sweden and labour law

You are people and result oriented with deep knowledge in organizational and social work environment, workplace health & wellbeing and sickness absence management.

You thrive and have the ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a complex and fast changing environment.

You have experience from operational work in HR, working environment and/or Health and Safety.

You have a professional understanding of country laws and regulations, and deep understanding of the labor market.

You have strong project management skills, digital skills, leadership and influencing skills and business acumen and ability to translate business needs into Health & Safety priorities and actions.

Strong organizational, interpersonal and multi-cultural communication skills

Experience of coaching and facilitation of work shops and trainings are highly valued. Both classroom and virtual.

Preferred Educational and experience

University Degree, preferable master level in Health & Safety or Human resources with a deeper knowledge and experience in Working environment and occupational health.

Minimum of 5 years of Health & Safety management experience or HR with a working environment profile, cross-functional background is also valuable.

Proficiency both in Swedish and English language is required.
