Intermodal Rail Dispatcher

Are you the service minded person with passion for Intermodal solutions we´ve been looking for?! As Intermodal Rail Dispatcher your role is to handle reservations from our customers for the Intermodal solutions in our route network. You will also handle admin tasks related to reservations, schedule, invoices etc.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Be available for our Intermodal customers
- Optimize our Intermodal train solution. Ex. proactive contact with our customers on an operational level
- Secure that our terminal-terminal service works for our customers
- Administration work such as invoices etc.
- Contact with our suppliers railway/terminal

The team is now growing where we are looking for a new Dispatcher, that will be placed in Gothenburg.

With your solid experience, we believe you can contribute and develop the Freight department and our Intermodal business.

Qualifications:
- University degree within transport/logistics or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a Dispatcher
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. If you speak German it´s a plus!
