BDO Corporate Finance, based in Stockholm is a dedicated team of professionals focusing on lead advisory, transaction services, valuation and Transaction tax. Established in 2014, the team has seen rapid growth, offering expertise within a wide range of sectors and service areas. Our Corporate Finance practice faces an increasing demand and is looking to find interns to the Stockholm office (Sveavägen 53) to the Transaction Services team to start an internship September 2022.

Your opportunity

You will take an active part in an exciting and high performance-driven Corporate Finance team with a focus on customer service. Clients mainly comprise of private equity firms, listed companies, multinational and privately-owned companies. The assignments demand a high quality on delivery, work ethic and ability to work with short deadlines. Your tasks include assisting in projects including financial due diligence field work, company analysis, report writing as well as assisting in the marketing of our services.

Your profile

• Strong academic record with understanding of relevant financial terms and concepts from a well-renowned university / business school
• You are analytical and possess both strategic and financial competence
• You have excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent skills in Swedish and English are required, both spoken and written
• You are reliable and a team player with social skills, but also possess a drive and have great ambitions to succeed on a personal level
