What You'll Do
As the Internal Audit Leader, you will be the internal audit program owner for the Uppsala site and report directly to the QA Snr Site Leader. As the owner of the program you will ensure that the program is effective and improved by monitoring performance. You will, together with the cross functional audit team develop a yearly audit program for the site, perform audits as well as coach and educate auditors in the principles of auditing. You will lead regular internal audit forums to ensure the audit team are harmonized and learns from each other. Internal audits are one topic of interest during customer audits and you will therefore on a weekly basis meet customer present the audit program and respond to questions.


A key initiative that you will drive is the implementation of our monthly Inspection Ready Assessments (or Quality Walks), this to further strengthen Quality Awareness and Quality Culture. You will also, as part of the Site QA Team, support key quality activities and be open to take on additional tasks supporting the performance of the team
Who you are
You have experience in working with quality assurance, ISO9001/13485/cGMP, solid experience of working with Internal Audits, and you can communicate effectively (both written and oral) in Swedish and English.
You can work independently in a changing environment with minimal supervision. You have ability to influence positive change effectively and you energize and motivate others by building a connection with team´s /people through personal involvement, trust and by providing feedback. You are Quality focused, attentive to detail and results oriented. You have strong communication skills.
