We in the Corporate Audit-team provides independent, objective assurance designed to protect E.ON’s business, add value and improve Group operations. As an Auditor you will work at our local internal audit department focusing on E.ONs business activities in the Nordic region but be a part of the global function Corporate Audit. You will be part of a team that has an open atmosphere where we support each other and share our knowledge. Our culture is characterized by business focus and collaboration but also gives room for balance between work and spare time.

In the role as Auditor, you will provide management with assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls E.ON have in place and help drive real change. Both within your own department and throughout the organization the work is characterized by high competence where collaboration and goals are part of the culture.

The role also includes tasks such as:
- Contribute to the growth and development of the internal audit function
- Undertaking internal audits of the Group sites and businesses to an agreed program of visits
- Providing value adding pragmatic recommendations to local management to improve processes and controls within a written report.
- Improving control awareness across the Group by providing internal consultancy and expertise

To be successful in the role you need to have an understanding of governance, internal control, risk management and compliance. You have a background with a degree-level education and at least three years of experience from conducting audits, internal or external. For you, it comes naturally to build relationships with Business Partners and colleagues on all organizational levels and you have a high degree of client and service orientation as well as high integrity. As you are a part of an international function we think you have experience from and promote team work across borders. You are also fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing.
