Internal Auditor

Right now, we are looking for an internal auditor for the area technology & security.

Your next challenge?
This is a great opportunity if you want to join an audit team that will enable you to positively impact the way we do business in Telia Company. This team will provide you the foundation to be a change agent, providing objective evaluations of our internal systems and processes to identify areas of both risks and improvements. Your highly visible role will involve collaborating with other team members and business units to develop risk-based plans, and to perform value-driven audit assignments. Supporting our internal stakeholders to understand the key role they play in maintaining strong internal controls will be critical in managing risk, increasing operational efficiency, and protecting our shareholders, customers, and employees.
You will be doing this by:
Designing and executing financial, operational, or technology audit programs that target high-risk areas in the company’s controls, systems, and processes.
Identifying gaps and areas for improvement and evaluating their significance and potential business impact to improve process effectiveness.
Presenting practical recommendations to senior leaders and preparing written audit reports to document your findings.
Being a high visibility partner to drive organizational change and guide the business to a successful future state.

Your Experience:
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent is required.
CISA, CIA, and other relevant certifications earned or in progress, are meriting.
Knowledge of IT and security – preferably deeper “hands on” experience.
Knowledge of finance and accounting is meriting.
IT audit (internal or external), internal controls, corporate governance or risk management are all meriting experiences.
Business acumen, preferably within Telecom
Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and in writing, are required. Swedish/Scandinavian, Finnish, Estonian and Baltic languages are meriting.
