Internal Channel Sales Coordinator

As Internal Channel Sales Coordinator you will be part of our Northern Europe Sales team, with daily contact across the different regions, Nordics, Benelux and UK & Ireland. You will work closely with VAD manager and Channel partners in the Nordic & Baltic region. Principal duties and responsibilities: Administration of contractual relationship with partners. Following up on contracts and non compliance issues Know-how and execution on partner programs Communication of legal notification to partners QBR Process (Quarterly Business Reviews) Participation in planning meetings with distributors and distributor managers Business Planning. Basic support for the Business Planning Tool. Adminstration of portal users and accounts. Stock Rotations, handle process and follow up Helping out with arranging channel kickoffs and other sales activities Involved in commercial short-term projects. Leads opportunity management Regular follow up with Distributors Required Competencies: You must have at least five years of work experience. You need to be service minded, structured, able to work independently and in a team environment, good at multi-tasking. It is preferable if you have working experience from an international organisation. You must be proficient at communicating with, negotiating with, and persuading cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with B2B Sales and administration of legal documents is an advantage. Good IT knowledge and excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package is required. Fluent in english, both verbal and in writing is required.
