As Hedvig grows and takes on new markets and expands the team, the need for engaging and timely internal communication only increases. Are you ready to join an exciting scale-up and take the lead in making that happen?
About the role
The mission for this role is to make sure all Hedvig team members feel inspired and up to date with everything going on in the company. As our dedicated specialist, it would be up to you how to make that happen in the best possible way.
Even though the main focus of this role is on internal communications, you would also be responsible for leading communication initiatives to strengthen our employer brand. This means working both strategically and operationally to increase the awareness of Hedvig as an employer in different markets and among different target groups, in order to make recruitment as efficient as possible.
You will be part of the People & Performance team and report to our Chief People & Performance Officer. This team has set out to build an unprecedented culture based on trust, and communication is a key element to make that happen! As this role can be described as being the spider in the web, you will work closely with leaders to keep up to date with everything going on in the company, as well as with recruiters, creatives, communicators and potentially external agencies to drive employer branding projects.
Main responsibilities:
Take full ownership of all things related to our internal communications, from setting the overall structure to execution. This means managing and coordinating engaging internal communication in close collaboration with leaders and other stakeholders
Create presentations and material for both internal and external use
Build awareness and a candidate pipeline through longterm relationship building activities, events and inspiring content both online and offline
Coordinate and lead production of employer branding content with internal + external creatives in line with set strategy
About you
You have working experience within communications on a senior level. You have considerable experience with in internal communications
You are phenomenal at writing and communicating in a simplistic and engaging way, making complex things a piece of cake to understand
You are fully fluent in English
You have outstanding organisational and planning abilities, with demonstrated experience in project management
You are a killer at making pedagogical and inspiring key note presentations
It would be a bonus if you also have experience of:
Photo and video-editing software
Change management
