About the job
As an Internal Communication Partner Specialist at Exeger you will take responsibility for our internal communication and be part of building a leading company in solar technology. This means building the architecture for a successful internal communication function. You will be a part of our HR & Comms team and work with a clear and set goal to provide our organization with right tools. You will evaluate our current channels affect and implement new ways to communicate if needed. In addition, you will be responsible for internal comms in different projects and lead the work from content planning to execution. It involves producing and delivering messages and campaigns on behalf of management, as well as facilitating a dialogue with the people who make up the organization.
Responsibilities: (not limited)
Set priorities and execute them, carry out long-range goals while seeing to immediate needs
Work closely with Marketing, HR and other internal stakeholders to drive projects regarding culture, employer branding, employee – and customer experience.
Establish, develop and manage our internal communication strategy
Take lead in internal communication projects, create processes and guidelines to secure the companies communication flow
Support managers in communication to their teams
Write content for presentations, meetings, workshops etc.

Qualification
You have several years of experience from working with internal communication, preferably from a scale up company
Educational background in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar
Experience from implementing new internal channels and obtain knowledge regarding demands, requirements and needs
Excellent ability of building relationship and stakeholder management
Native fluency in English
