We are now looking for an Internal Communication Specialist for the Nordic Region. The position is placed in the Stockholm office and work is done in close collaboration with Communication Manager placed in Helsinki. It is a permanent position (with initiating 6 month of probation period) on full time and we can agree on the start date but prefer as soon as possible.

The position:
We are now looking for an Internal Communication Specialist for the Nordic Region. The position is placed in the Stockholm office and work is done in close collaboration with Communication Manager placed in Helsinki. Your responsibilities:
Responsible for communication content that is delivered within and beyond an organization.
Ensures the plans are implemented and in line with budgets and support the company culture development.
First person of contact in Sweden
This position reports to HR Director in the Nordic Region
Your main tasks:
Create internal communication plans with comms team and continuously develop comms channels and events.
Provide action plans and manage internal communication planning, tools and development.
Create communication content and executes communication programs, e.g change programs.
Promote communication guidelines for all employees to use and also support managers and HR in communication matters.
Ensure the development and maintenance of intranet and company’s web employer site.
Provide final edits of communications documentation and visualization.
Share responsible of crisis communication execution in comms team (i.e. data breach)
Work in close relation with Sanoma Learning comms team.

Experienced in relevant field of work for at least 5 years
Passionate about finding the right communication that brings people together
Experienced in social media and other technical internal communication tools and events
A team player that collaborates well with the whole organization
Brings ideas to the table and have energy to move forward in projects
It is a merit if you have an adequate education/training background in communication or other relevant field for this position
Excellent in Swedish and English language skills both spoken and written. Finnish language would be a real plus to this position.
