We’re now recruiting an Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to ensure our employees are informed, inspired and engaged throughout the Aurobay journey. This is a vital role as Aurobay transforms from a department within a company into a stand-alone business ready to challenge an industry.
You’ll be a part of a growing team and report directly to Head of Communications and Public Affairs, located in Gothenburg. You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues in Gothenburg, Skövde and China to drive internal communications, especially around People and Culture, and in support of our change program.
Main tasks
- Internal engagement
- Communications for change management
- Evolution of Aurobay’s internal communication tools
- Internal communications systems and processes
- Agency and supplier management
- Project management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Cross-functional and cross-group collaboration
- Ensuring messaging is consistent internally and externally
Qualifications and personality
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
- 3+ years of working in communications
- Experience of working with People and Culture / HR
- Change management experience preferred
- International experience or exposure
- Tech/medtech/automotive industry background is preferred.
- A high standard of spoken and written English is essential. Swedish and/or Chinese would be an advantage.
To be successful in this position, you need to be a results-oriented self-starter with a flexible mindset, a structured approach and a flair for detail. You’ll excel at teamworking and have a proven track record of building good relationships across every level of a business.
