ABOUT THE POSITION AS INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Webhelp’s Nordic Internal Communications and Engagement team are responsible for keeping our people informed, engaged, and feeling empowered to deliver an outstanding service. The Webhelp Nordic region is on an exciting journey, so we need a strong Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist to help bring this to life for our people.
Our team creates and delivers a wide range of strategic and tactical internal communications and engagement initiatives, campaigns, and activities across the region to support the delivery of business strategy and promote our culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role as Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist will be to take ownership of projects and initiatives from conception to delivery aligned to the Internal Communications and Engagement strategy. You’ll provide ideas and subject matter expertise, and measure output to improve engagement levels, impact, and performance. You’ll also be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and relevant communications across a range of internal communications channels, focusing on maximizing employee engagement.
TASKS
Working with areas of the business on their internal communications and employee engagement, advising on messages, audiences, channels, and content in line with our Webhelp brand, tone of voice, and style.
Embedding new communication channels and ways of working across the business.
Leading the planning, development, and delivery of internal communications and engagement projects which support making the region a great place to work.
Ensuring all initiatives, campaigns, and projects meet the planned objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to the business to develop collaborative communications solutions, by understanding the business agenda and challenges.
Design and produce engaging content to inform and motivate our people aligned with our people vision
Contribute to the Internal Communications strategy and plan, taking ownership of areas as guided by the Head of Internal Communications.
Take ownership of managing communications and engagement campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency delivering maximum value for money
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Over three years of previous experience in an Internal Communications and Employee Engagement role.
Experience in delivering communications strategy, channels, and senior stakeholder engagement in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
Strong experience managing multiple priorities for multiple stakeholders, managing expectations throughout.
Operational communications experience within a complex or multinational organization.
