About the job
In this position, you lead the communications efforts for the Offer Management and R&D function and take part in the functional management team. Working closely with the Vice President of the division, you support the management team with both strategic and practical implementation, with a focus on the strategic communications plan and contribute to linking global and local strategy. Using a wide range of communication channels, you create innovative, high-quality and well-timed content in your communication.
Your job also include:
Guiding the organization on strategic communication aspects.
Developing and facilitating the strategic communication plan for the function.
Ensuring easy-to-understand communication of Sandvik Cormorant’s objectives and strategy in close cooperation with the function's management.
Coaching managers and other key stakeholders in leadership communication as required.
Contributing to the development of global internal communication processes, tools, approaches and guidelines.
Leading and supporting various communication activities at both global and local level.
Supporting various change initiatives with communication expertise.
Perform crisis management.
Supporting and advising on intranet matters within the organization.
Drafting, publishing and distributing internal communication.

This position allows for a flexible working location from any of our Swedish sites.
About you
We’re looking for an experienced communicator, with a degree in communication, journalism or equivalent skills and education. You have extensive experience in a similar position and are used to working in a global environment – in terms of cultural background and different professional groups, as well as experience of working in a management team. Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and Teams are key platforms for how we communicate and collaborate, and we consider experience in copywriting and storytelling a plus. As we’re a global organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Change management communication is a key success factor in this job, and you understand how to prioritize activities that create value and how to communicate effectively with different stakeholders to stay relevant. You’re a self-starter with a collaborative and easy-going attitude and are curious to find new and smarter ways to communicate. You have an innovative mindset and enjoy learning new digital tools.
