Internal Communications Consultant for a remote assignment in Lund!

Our client is looking for a Internal Communications Consultant to join their Communications team.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Serve as an expert and editor for 27 markets, assisting internal communications teams worldwide with crafting their internal news stories in English. These stories will be shared on the client's internal platforms, such as their Intranet, Yammer, and internal newsletter
- Provide support in writing various types of internal communications, including letters, leadership messages, email marketing, and other forms of communication
- Ensure the consistent delivery of the client's internal narrative, encompassing their purpose, strategy, and values, through the use of internal news stories
- Strategize, coordinate, and assist in updating the Intranet pages for all 27 markets, aiming to standardize and provide pertinent information
- Oversee the management of the Intranet and other internal channels and tools, ensuring the timely publication of news, as well as measuring and reporting on performance

Skills required for this position include:
- A bachelor's degree in journalism or communications, or equivalent experience
- At least seven years of experience as a communicator or editor, preferably in an internal communication role
- Good experience in planning and multitasking
- Ability to work in a complex and matrix environment
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a high standard of editing and writing.
