Job Summary
If you enjoy working with global internal communications, content, and digital channels, then you could be our next Internal Communications Content Manager at Tetra Pak.
Within our Sustainability & Communications unit, you will be part of a team reporting to our global Internal Communications Director for Content & Channels. The position is permanent, and you will be based in either Lund (Sweden), Copenhagen (Denmark), Modena (Italy) or High Wycombe (UK).
What you will do
Manage, co-ordinate, create and publish content for global internal news and announcements across internal channels (intranet, Yammer, e-newsletters, digital signs)
Create/contribute to content packages (editorial, visual, animated, video, infographics, live or recorded events, etc.) to support global internal campaigns
Manage the global internal news calendar
Create and send all company newsletters and global leadership messages
Manage and improve performance of global internal news channels, including intranet news pages, e-newsletters and digital signs
Edit and advise on news content for units and markets to ensure alignment across internal channels
Support with technical questions regarding digital channels for news
Curate employee advocacy content (Smarp/Haiilo) and leverage “Employer of Choice” internal content for external channels (LinkedIn and Instagram)
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company
We believe you have
Minimum 5 years work experience within communications, preferably internal communications within a global organization
Experience with digital channels and technical platforms
A university bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or equivalent experience
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Good planning and multi-tasking experience
Fluent in written and spoken English with high editorial standards
