About the job
The main purpose of this position is to support the Internal Communications activities of the Marine business unit Water, Wind and Fuel – WWF, providing relevant and timely information needed to support the business to various groups of internal stakeholders through a variety of channels. It requires a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of the organization’s operations, procedures, and people.
The activities may include managing the business unit´s SharePoint platform, putting together internal news articles and newsletters, preparing presentation materials, maintaining accurate distribution lists, as well as arranging meetings and events.

As a person you have a natural high drive with the ability to get things done. You are self-motivated, decisive, and able to adapt to change and competing demands. You are well versed in influencing and gaining buy-in from management, team members, stakeholders, and peers, and clear in your communication with others.
What you know
To succeed in this position, you have:
* Experience in managing information, preparing data and presentations.
* Maintaining proactive relationships with different stakeholders and internal customers
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Well versed in applying relevant digital tools in the daily work
* Excellent verbal and written communications and presentation skills
