If you love people, technology and content you could be our next Internal Communications Director for Editorial & Channels. If you especially love delivering great content in an entertaining way via great channels to great people, then Tetra Pak could be the next place for you to work. You will lead a team of six colleagues and be part of our Corporate Communications function, reporting to our Internal Communications Vice President. The role is permanent, based in Lund, Sweden, and could require about 10% of travelling.
What you will do:
§ Lead our Editorial & Channels team of six colleagues to create and deliver rolling content for over 25,000 employees across digital channels, with a specific focus on global intranet news, e-newsletters, internal social media (Yammer), digital signs and webcasts (digital events). Content can include written articles, images and visuals, videos, digital screen content, live event content, and internal social media snippets amongst others
§ Help communicate the Tetra Pak narrative internally, including our purpose, strategy and values
§ Maintain and improve how we use digital channels for internal communications purposes, working in close collaboration with IT colleagues
§ Measure channel performance to ensure we are engaging and listening to employees
§ Own the internal editorial calendar
Support Internal Communications team operational activities, including budget, supplier management and measurement
Oversee the creation and delivery of always-on internal communications plans for our sites in Lund, Sweden, and Modena, Italy
Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders and Corporate Communications colleagues on our internal narrative, tone and content
Partner with other teams and colleagues for consistent internal communications
Raise internal awareness and understanding of external communications campaigns and messages
Manage related budgets, tools and processes
Increase employee engagement, including strategy comprehension, change communications perception and other indicators, as measured with employee surveys (annual and rolling pulse surveys)
Implement regular measurement and reporting of internal communications activities across the selected channels (including listening to employee feedback to identify topics for future focus)
Who you are:
You have:
A minimum of five years of experience leading cross-cultural communications projects and/or content teams, delivering great content across a variety of channels in an engaging way
At least five years of experience as a people manager
A high level of interpersonal skills
A high level of networking skills
Project management experience
Several years of experience in global supplier handling and cost control
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (including high editorial standards in written English and high presentation skills)
