To ensure engaging communication for all employees we’re now looking for an Internal Communications Manager. What will you do?
Challenge traditional ways of working with internal communications! As Internal Communications Manager you will be responsible for planning and implementing a new modern communications channel as well as develop and manage existing internal communication channels. You will also actively contribute to Stena Line´s transformation towards becoming a sustainable and customer centric company.
Together with the Brand & Communication department you will ensure that the Stena Line brand is protected and strengthened as well as building engagement and pride internally. As people are our most important asset your contribution will make a difference and you will have the whole organisation, over 4300 employees in Scandinavia, around the UK and the Baltics as your arena.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Play a vital role in a project team responsible for modernising internal communication channels at Stena Line, from project planning and research to execution.
• Develop and implement an internal communication strategy helping to engage and empower all employees.
• Advise and coach leaders: when, what, how and why to communicate, challenge and offer viewpoints.
• Support leaders with relevant, engaging content according to employee feedback.
• Develop creative & emotionally engaging stories & messaging to inspire & captivate audiences.
• Be part of the Stena Line Crisis Communication Team.
Who are you?

You have a lot of drive, enjoy clear business value and have a goal-oriented mind-set. With your solid experience and competence in the area, we believe you can contribute and help the Brand & Communication department on our exciting journey ahead.
The must-haves:
• University degree in Communications
• Extensive work experience in Internal communication role
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Experience in managing or being involved in the project team responsible for planning and implementing a new modern internal communications channel
• Strong project management skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
Previous experience from organisations with a distributed and dispersed workforce is definitely a plus!
