Are you a passionate communicator who easily engages others? As Internal Communications Manager, you will provide qualified communication support to drive Stena Line’s business in line with our corporate strategy and purpose. With your expertise, you will support our management with internal communications activities, drive change communication in Group critical projects, including strategic advice and hands-on tasks, and drive employee engagement and pride across our organization.
As part of the Brand and Communications team, you will also be giving advice and contributing to branding and external communications projects.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Ensure awareness of company purpose, strategy, and priorities among all our employees
- Support Stena Line’s top management team with internal and occasionally external communication activities
- Give strategic communication advice and hands-on support in all types of Group related projects
- Drive change communication in Group critical projects
- Drive employee engagement and pride across the organization
- Play a central role in the Group Communications crises team EMPROC

Who you are
At Stena Line, your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We believe, with your previous experience, you are confident in your role within communications. You are passionate about employee engagement and spreading pride across an organization, in speech but also in writing. You have excellent interpersonal skills where you feel dependent and motivating to others. We also believe you’re able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
It’s a plus if you have experience from working in an international organization.
Qualifications:
- University degree in communications, journalism, or equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in communications
- Experience in working both strategic and operational
- Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
