About the job
Parts, Distribution and Logistics (PDL) have the global responsibility for the parts supply chain and transportation. Internal communication will play an important role in the alignment within PDL and with stakeholders across Alfa Laval.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Creating, implementing, and maintaining our internal communication strategy
* Securing timely, accurate and professional communication from PDL to internal and external key stakeholders within Alfa Laval
* Leading our change management communication and participating in PDL projects
* Coordinating our various communication channels.
You will be part of the PDL management team, collaborate with the Distribution & Supply value stream and align with Alfa Laval’s internal communication organization. This is a new role where you will have the opportunity to make a true difference.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a passion for communication within and across the organization. You are comfortable in communicating on all levels and know how to create involvement from your peers.
You are thorough and systematic, and you are good at turning complex topics into messages that are easy to understand, in line with the brand guidelines and adapted to the target group.
You are motivated by involvement and collaboration. You take ownership and initiative as a way of progressing in your work.
What you know
You should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least a few years’ experience of practical and strategical communication within a B2B company, preferably in an international environment.
Furthermore, we believe you are fluent in Swedish and English, with the skill to express your message for native and second language speakers. You should be able to use various digital communication tools.
