We are now looking for a Communications Specialist to join our team. Are you are the one?

What You'll do

In this role you will be responsible for implementing internal communications strategies that engage and inform our employees about everything from facility updates to the latest breakthroughs in research within our therapy areas. You will craft compelling messages and create engaging content across a variety of channels, including email, company intranet, and presentations. You will also play a crucial role in planning and performing company events, ensuring they are seamless, engaging, and aligned with the company's overall communications strategy.

You will be part of a fast-paced, fun and entrepreneurial team, reporting to the Site Executive Director for AstraZeneca Gothenburg.

Who You are

We believe that you have a passion for communication, an interest in Life Science and an understanding of current trends and standard methodologies in internal communications.

You also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. With your technical skills, including proficiency in digital communication tools, you will be an asset in our work to create, tune and improve messages for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences.

Essential for the role

* Degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related work experience
* Fluency in English, written and spoken.
* Experience of delivering integrated communication strategies and plans in support of business priorities
* Experience of managing different internal and external partner relationships
* Collaboration-, organization- and multi-tasking skills
* Proficient in Office, image- and video editing software

Desiarable for the role

* Ability to understand and interpret scientific and medical data and communicate it in an engaging way
