The communication team at AFRY is now searching for an interim internal communicator. In this role you will work at Group level and have focus on the internal communication at AFRY. As for today we are 16 000 colleagues all over the world and the work with internal digital information is crucial to make the business flow smoothly. You will work with the business strategy as a red thread throughout your work and report to the Corporate Communications Director.
As internal communicator you will have focus on the development and maintenance of the internal communication.
This means that you will:
Lead the development of a new/improved intranet
Execute and organise corporate/internal communication activities in close collaboration with communication team
Support the development and delivery of AFRYs internal communications strategy, embracing all channels including intranet, events, screens, notices, email, newsletters and others as required
Communicate the strategic platform (mission, vision, values & strategy) within the company
Coordinate and produce internal corporate/global news
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement key messages and communication activities company-wide
Provide best practice within internal and digital communication and share knowledge
Support leadership conferences at AFRY in collaboration with Internal & Change Communication Manager and HR
Participate in the overall communication activities in the company and support colleagues to reach common targets
Qualifications

A couple of years of experience of internal communication
Experience of digital channels, especially intranets and implementation of new digital workplace projects, internal screens and digital newsletters
Team player with the ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent skills spoken and written in Swedish and English
University degree within marketing, communications or equivalent
