Coordinate and improve the effectiveness of Sarbanes - Oxley (SOX) / Financial Reporting Disclosure (FRD) for Saab Automobile AB.SOX /FRD is a legal annual audit process and one of the most significant financial reporting laws..Support the completion of the Process Risk Manangement, (PRM), and internal self audit tool..Play a proactive and coordinate role prior to and during internal and external audits.. Support the organization with different internal control issues.. Advise on local policies.. Identify weaknesses and share best practice.Your qualifications: . University degree - in business administration.. Minimum 5 years of experience in firm of accountants, consultative role in business strategy, process design or change management role.. Good analytical and presentation skills.. It is essential that you have good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of management.. Excellent written and verbal English skills..Ability to work under pressure.. A self-starter - ability to work without close supervision.. You need to be flexibility in travel, job responsibilities and location..
