Now we need an Internal Control Specialist for a 12 months temporary position.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We’re a small team (currently four) responsible for implementing and maintaining Internal Control at Axis. In December our Internal Control Specialist is leaving for a one-year long maternity leave and we need someone to fill her position for the coming year.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, perform and report management testing and internal control assessments Track remediation status Design, implement and document key controls and business processes Identify and implement business process improvements Provide support to the organization on questions relating to internal control The position requires travelling up to 30 days per year
You will enable the team to initiate full scale management testing to evaluate the implemented framework for internal control. You will also help to meet an increased demand from the business regarding support in internal control- and process efficiency-related matters.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You have a University degree in finance or accounting and you have 3-5 year experience from Internal control, External audit or similar. Your communication and argument skills are good and so is your Swedish and English, both written and verbal. It´s good if you have experience from implementation of, or monitoring of IT General Controls. As a person you have an ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision. You have a capacity of managing several projects/deadlines at the same time in a structured way and also an aptitude for structuring of information.

Governance & Internal Control
Governance & Internal Control is working with stakeholders in all departments and regions within Axis to implement, maintain and monitor an excellent framework for internal control based on COSO. The position will be part of a team of four including the director.
