Internal Control Specialist

Husqvarna Group is looking for an Internal Control Specialist to join our Head office in Stockholm.


As an Internal Control Specialist you add value to the organization by proactively propose actions and support the business to improve the governance, internal control and risk management processes. You will have an important role within the organisation and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Group and be involved in a wide variety of tasks. The Internal Control function reports to the Group CFO and this role will report to the Director Group Internal Control.

Key tasks/ What you’ll do


· Develop and improve process documentation for key financial processes
· Provide trainings and support in implementation of procedures, processes, key controls and continuous improvements
· Facilitate risk assessments
· Develop Finance Portal in HowWeWork (SharePoint)
· Coordinate status reporting of internal control recommendations
· Support local sites in implementing controls after risk assessment
· Create steering documents and develop best practice material
· Advisory role to support remediation of internal control deficiencies
· Speaking partner and hands on support in strategic important projects
· Support implementing new software for the risk and compliance functions


International travel is a natural part of this position.


Requirements and Experience/ What you need to succeed
· Senior professional with at least 7 years of work experience within Finance
· Previous experience from internal control work is a merit
· Experience from developing and conducting trainings or other communication activities
· University business degree or similar
· Excellent skills in English, written and spoken, other languages are a strong merit
· Experience from project implementations/roll-outs and change management in manufacturing companies is meriting
