The process is based on a control environment that engenders discipline and structure for the four other components in the process, those being the assessment of risk, control structures, information, communication and review.The process begins with the framework for internal control issued by the Treadway Commission's Committee of Sponsoring Organization (COSO). Job description Your main task is focused on internal control, limited to financial reporting, with the purpose to give reasonable security regarding reliability in the external reporting, to assure the financial reports are delivered in accordance to accounting principles, applicable laws and other requirements. In your team you have an assistant so that your focus can be to work closely with the different Business areas through out the world, with auditing companies as partners for specific adaptations and languages reasons. You report to Trelleborg s CFO and work as well with different staffing functions on Corporate level or in each of the four Business areas.The function which is continuously developed is independent and requires knowledge of processes, business systems and an experience of companies in an international environment. Experience requirements You have most likely three to five years of professional experience from an auditing company.You know the difference between audit and assurance and have an interest in systems, development and structure.It is an advantage if you are familiar to SAP, Movex or other similar systems. We are looking for an energetic person who is experienced, structured and communicative with a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance.As a person you have high integrity, you act with courage and independence.You are used to work hard, take your own initiatives and you have a lot of energy.Your ability to communicate and act pedagogical is proven.You should want and like to travel, since this is a part of the job.Appr 40 days of travelling annually.
