About the position:
Net Entertainment is now seeking a manager for our Internal IT department. As a manager within Net Entertainment you will perform five basic functions - planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. Your main role is to achieve effective utilization of resources in the organization and you will be responsible for aligning  objectives. You will also contribute to group strategy, communicate and coordinate strategic directions.

The Internal IT department is handling the office environments for 5 offices in Europe and one data center in Stockholm. Additionally the department handles all business supports systems such as ERP systems. 

As manager for our Internal IT department it's your responsibility to:



* Manage the Internal IT department that consists of 10 people.

* Provide all employees and consultants with workstations and software.

* Secure internal support for workstations and business support systems.

* Maintain datacenter, infrastructure and HW for offices and business support systems.

* Secure that the department meets compliance and regulation requirements.

* Maintenance organization for business support systems.

* Process development for Internal IT.

* Budget and procurement.

Since our working language is English high proficiency in English, both written and oral, paired with excellent documentation skills is a must on all Net Entertainment’s positions.

What's your background?
We believe the ideal candidate has excellent management skills and strong technical background.

It is preferable that you also have knowledge and experience within the following:



* Experience from operations of IT systems.

* A minimum of 5 year experience from a leading position.

* Knowledge of ITIL.

* Academic degree.
