We are looking for an Internal Key Account Manager with great abilities to develop and maintain loyal, long-lasting relationships and create new ones with our key Telecom customers across Europe. The position is located at our site in Falun.

The point of contact delivering first class service both internally and externally
As an Internal Key Account Manager, you have full accountability for a range of Telecom customers, including sales, margins, forecasting and new business development. You work closely across teams with sales, customer services, marketing, supply chain and production, meaning that you will be an important part of collaboration with the business. 

•    Focal point for sales teams
•    Develop new clients and foster existing
•    Updating prices for all clients
•    Focal point for marketing campaigns, samples, customer surveys and pricing
•    Strong cross functional working
•    Follow-up marketing campaigns
•    Register new customers

We believe you are focused on relationships combined with a strong business mindset
Passion for the business is key in this role. To be able to give our customers and internal stakeholders the best service, you need to understand the customers’ requirements and how they operate. 

We believe that you have:
•    A bachelor degree in business or similar
•    Experience from working with commercial and administrative tasks
•    At least 2 years’ experience from working with sales
•    Strong relationship management skills
•    Passion to make a difference and drive change
•    Strong service-mind
•    Fluently in English, preferably also in German
