Job Description
Your contribution to something big
This job role is expected to apply basic industrial engineering concepts throughout internal logistics processes to meet customer requirements. Regular use of engineering methods (e.g. data mining, statistics, mathematical models, simulation) will be necessary to develop and design optimized processes. While applying lean concepts to enhance performance, and lower cost, use of research, design, and planning skills will be the key.
Part of this job will be supporting serial production on day to day issues which will include, preparing and maintaining standardized process documentation (eg.,Work Instructions, routines), training users and handing over new standards to the customers. Also expected to participate and support new product introduction projects to complete internal logistics related tasks timely with quality. Performing activities relevant to time measurements, improve workplace ergonomics, be part of Health and Safety Risk Assessments will be part of regular routine.


Qualifications
What distinguishes you
Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field
Minimum five years of experience (Internal logistics related)
Knowledge of lean and quality tools such as Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action, and various problem-solving approaches.
SAP Knowledge and user experience on logistics transactions
Analytical thinking: Data mining, data collection, organization, statistical design
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team, as well as, facilitate cross-functional teams
Good communication skills and interact with employees to gather inputs for process improvements and analysis in different levels of production process.
Willing to travel occasionally national or internationally
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English
