Armatec Group, is expanding, and we are looking for an Internal Management Consultant.

The challenge
Armatec is on a growth journey with a rapid expansion. You will be a part of that journey, analyzing gaps and working with exposing the business to new ideas and ways of working. You can be situated in any of the Scandinavian countries, working remotely and at Armatec Group offices. Your journey commences at Armatec but your scope might widen to also include other parts of Ernströmgruppen.

Who you are
This is a role for you who have a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Business Economics, Finance or Engineering. You have probably worked as a Management Consultant for 2-3 years and have some line experience. If your plan is to grow within a company and to take on a management position sooner than later, this is your opportunity.

What you´ll do
You will be part of a Project Management Office (PMO) where Armatec, since February 2021, has unlocked resources solely focusing on group functions like product and change management, whom together, will be the drivers of the new established program office. Together with external Management Consultants, leaders of the Armatec group and Project Managers from Armatec companies, you will drive the change.

There will be lots of upcoming projects for you to support and lead.
Here is a bullet list of some of your tasks:

• Drive change and reach results by motivating stakeholders and key individuals,
• using your excellent interpersonal skills as well as fact-based argumentation.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, find the problem, and drive the proposed solution.
• Qualitative research methodologies include performing market research and collecting business intelligence.
• Develop and present plans and cases to implement the recommended changes.
• Identify the key drivers of the organization’s profit, understanding profit growth or profit decline, and act accordingly.
